European statutory withdrawal rights

This summary reflects the complete Refund Policy above. For eligible distance purchases by consumers in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal rights take priority over general restrictions on change-of-mind, size or colour returns. Our separate remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, lost or delayed orders remain in place.

14-day withdrawal window

You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, or the last item where one order is delivered separately. Notify support@tellswear.com or our postal address with a clear statement before the deadline. The optional model withdrawal notice is in the PDF. Your right does not depend on approval of your reason.

Returns and costs

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost, including international postage to the United States. There is no restocking fee and no deduction for the original complimentary delivery. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may result only in a lawful deduction for actual diminished value.

Refunds

We refund all amounts legally due, including any original standard delivery charge paid, to the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without a fee. Refunds are due without undue delay and within 14 days after withdrawal notification; where permitted, we may withhold payment until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. Additional delivery-upgrade charges need not be refunded where law permits.

TELLS may waive the return requirement in writing, allowing you to keep or donate the item. The separate “up to 100%” order-issue compensation wording does not limit statutory withdrawal refunds. Customer-paid return postage here applies to eligible non-faulty withdrawals, not cases where TELLS must bear costs under mandatory law. Exchanges are not offered under this return procedure.

Exceptions apply only where legally valid, including genuinely personalised goods disclosed as such before purchase. Being produced or printed after ordering does not by itself exclude withdrawal rights. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
