Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the reason for the request. For confirmed delivery delays beyond the 21st business day, TELLS WEAR provides the remedies described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Confirmed lost shipments and product-related claims are reviewed separately under the applicable policy terms.
